Lori Shepard, Executive Chef and Owner
Lori’s love for cooking and entertaining started at the age of five at the knees of her mother and grandmother. After many years of feeding her creativity by providing informal catering, Lori made the decision to follow her heart and opened Simply Scrumptious in 2003.
Fully licensed, Lori and her staff operated from a leased commercial kitchen in Ann Arbor for three years before she outgrew its capabilities. Today, Simply Scrumptious operates from a custom built commercial kitchen designed and built for them in 2006.
